How much does shipping cost?
FREE SHIPPING (Ground) on orders over $49 (calculated pre-tax, post-promotion codes). Ground 4-7 business day shipping is $5.95 for orders under $49. Don't forget to allow extra time for weekends and holidays.
Where does Healthy Breeds deliver?
We currently ship to United States customers only excluding Hawaii and Alaska. We don't ship to APO/P.O. boxes.
We try to minimize backorders as much as possible, but if your item is backordered, we'll make sure to keep it a priority. We'll notify you by email or phone and will ship it as soon as it's available, usually within a 7 days or less.
How do I return an item?

As a small family owned business we work very hard and although mistakes are rare, we are not perfect and will try to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your shopping experience at We hope the experience and awesome products will keep you coming back and encourage you tell all your pet-loving friends about us! If for some reason there is a shipping accident or things did not go as planned, we have a hassle-free return policy and a dedicated team of pet-loving customer service folks to make it right. All we request is that the product is not used or expired, is in the same condition you received it and is in the original packaging.

We’ll give you easy-to-follow instructions to send it back. You’ll then get your refund 3 to 5 days after we receive and process the shipment. Will I pay sales tax?
We are required to collect sales tax for orders with either a shipping address or billing address located in states in which we operate. We currently only collect sales tax in sunny Florida. All other states are tax free!
